Senior Accountant Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform certain monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for US entity and 4 subsidiary entities 
  • Prepare journal entries,
  • Prepare profit and loss variance analyses,
  • Prepare/review balance sheet reconciliations,
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Prepare certain intercompany invoices
• Accounting of intercompany loans receivable/payable
• Manage fixed assets
• Assist with external audits
• Follow and comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements
• Perform Ad-Hoc analyses as required
